• Service providers that help us run our business (for example: HighLevel / LeadConnector for CRM and messaging, Twilio for SMS delivery, Google and Meta for advertising analytics, our hosting and email providers). These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the acquiring party continuing to honor this Privacy Policy.
